History
Baby massage is not a new concept. It has been part of daily life for many years in African and Asian communities. Somehow the process was lost in Western societies. A woman called Vimala McClure brought the practice back to the west after a trip to India in the 1970's. The International Association of Infant Massage was set up in 1981 and today Infant Massage is practiced in 56 countries around the world.
